RGGOK construction frame
The RGGOK frame is intended for use in existing situations . In essence, it is a surface-mounted frame, which must seal the existing lead-through hole in a wall or floor. Existing situations often involve cables that may not or cannot be removed, while at the same time there is a transit point that is insufficiently watertight or fire-retardant. Sometimes there is also the need to add a few cables.
Inventory
In all cases, it must be determined with which size RGGOK frame can completely seal the transit space, while at the same time the cable numbers, diameters and positions must be mapped. Sizes RGGOK
The RGGOK frame has the same internal width as the standard RGB frame (120mm) and is also available in four standard height units:
RGGOK2F (100mm)
RGGOK4F (160mm)
RGGOK6F (220mm)
RGGOK8F (280mm)
In addition, there are multiple windows, which allow expansion in the horizontal direction.
RGGOK is supplied as standard in galvanized steel, but it is also possible to order the frames in stainless steel. The RGGOK is fitted with bolt holes (M8) as standard. If desired, a custom hole pattern can be supplied. The required liquid gasket is also available from TTTBV.
Less chance of error thanks to RGGOK
Based on practical experience in the Dutch market, MCT Brattberg developed the RGGOK frame. This new, modular window has been specially developed for existing situations where customization is necessary. Thanks to the notches in the frame, the seal falls completely into the RGGOK and it is not necessary to cut a piece out of the wall. The chance of error during installation is therefore considerably reduced.
