The ALF box transit is a cable transit for the passage of a large number of cables in a dust and watertight manner on a small surface. All cables are fed through one opening, the penetration being locked with two bolts using an Allen key.
The cables are individually sealed with 30mm long EPDM insert blocks. These blocks, like the standard MCT blocks, are available separately for each cable diameter. It is also possible to use AddBokken, for an even more flexible implementation.
The RFCS box transit is available in three basic sizes of 10, 12 and 16 with an extension to sizes 20, 24 and 32 respectively. It is a cost-competitive openable/retrofitting alternative to heavy duty plug-in connectors and cable glands in the cabinets. The RFCS has a protection class of IP65/67.
